Do not share your email ID or login credentials with anyone. Logging in from different IP addresses will be monitored and may lead to termination of your account. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from access to any future courses released by IVS.

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other content, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of the content owner.

4.1. Exclusivity of Video Recordings

Video recordings are exclusively accessible through our app and website for IVS students only. Any attempt to download, screen record, or use external devices for recording video content is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate course suspension and permanent ban from access to any future courses released by IVS.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

6. Disclaimer

The materials on this platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this platform, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
